Very quick scheduling for appointments. Sometimes same day the longest I've had to wait was next day. The staff is incredibly friendly, the office is very clean, and just overall I feel incredibly comfortable bringing my puppy here

I absolutely love Companion Animal Hospital! We have been coming with Angel for 7 years since she was a puppy. We always receive the best care! I highly recommend it!

1st time here and I think I may have to switch. I love that I was able to schedule a same day appt online! Everyone from reception to provider were so pleasant and caring. My dog came for a sick visit and required an antibiotic - they called me today to follow up and see how she was doing.

The front desk, the technician, Kylie and Dr. Birr were all very welcoming and professional. They handled my cat with care and compassion. Kylie and Dr. Birr answered all our questions and made sure we understood the treatment plans.

We started using companion when our dog Was not herself and we couldn’t get into our regular vet. Companion was able to get us in right away, even though we had never been there before, and they were able to quickly find out what was going on, as well as come up with a treatment plan. A few weeks ago, we ended up having to put our girl down, and not only was companion super compassionate, but they helped us make that difficult decision. The vet took many calls from me, helped me understand what treatment plan we could do, as well as make sure that we understood that she would fully support whatever Decision we made. During the difficult time of us putting our girl down, everybody was so compassionate, caring, made sure we had the time that we needed with her, even hugged us and made sure That they told us every thing that they were doing. The people at companion don’t go there just because it’s their job, they don’t go there for the paycheck, they go there Because they truly have a huge heart for all animals. We will continue taking our fur babies there because we feel that it is the best care that we could ever get!

I recommend! We go here for our cat and new puppy! They’re always so excited to see our puppy Nova and Novas always so excited to go and see them. They truly care about your pets and take good care of them! And have informative answers to questions you might have!

I moved to the suburbs 5yrs ago from Chicago where I was already bringing my dogs to a Companion Animal Hospital so it seemed like the obvious choice to do the same company. I've only had positive experiences since coming to this location and I fully trust them with both my girls. The staff is always very friendly and sweet with my girls and I. Highly recommend! Today's picture is with the Halloween backdrop! They are always so engaging with the pet parents.

Had to take our cat, Lagertha, to the vet unexpectedly today for a UTI. Our normal vet is closed on Saturday and I didn’t want to pay the price tag of the emergency vet. Last night I googled and found Companion Animal Hospital in Round Lake. I was able to schedule an appointment online for this morning at 8:20. They saw us on time, with care and compassion. We were in and out in an hour (did an ultrasound and X-rays to check for urinary crystals and stones.) It was reasonably priced, the office is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend 5⭐️!

Unfortunately it was time to put our doggie down and we took her here and all I have to say is this vet is the BEST. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone there was so comforting, calm, professional during the process. They gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye to our baby girl also gave my doggie cheese treats and chocolate which she absolutely loved. The veterinarian was so nice I could not have asked for someone better to help us. Its been over a week since we put our angel down and we received a card in the mail from everyone at the vet giving their condolences to our dog. Thank you again everyone
